Metro Express Car Wash, the largest car wash in the nation, recently rolled up their garage doors. Located at the corner of Santa Fe and Oxford, next to Costco and just across from our shop in the business park, Metro Express sets out to “give your car the attention to detail of a hand wash, with the low price and efficiency of an automated wash.” The facility features two washing tunnels, free vacuums, and runs on state of the art, environmentally friendly equipment, using solar panels for energy and recycling water for the washing. As Metro Express is our neighbor, Magnify Signs had their hand in the way finding, safety, and marketing signage for the new facility. See the whole slough of outdoor business signage we were able to provide and install for Metro.
For way finding, we produced and bolted entrance and exit signs around the facility, along with a sign for the office and for the vacuums. All the way finding signs are made of 18 by 24 inch sheets of aluminum.
Pictured above is a vinyl wrapped PVC pipe to mark the height limit of the gate to the car wash, as well as a custom routed alupanel print on a sheet of styrene, denoting the “Metro Member Lane” entrance to the car wash. On the gate behind the canopy entrance (pictured below) is a promotion for Metro Car Wash’s monthly pass to the facility.
These images above aren’t the only marketing we provided signage for. We also provided them with banners for their opening week (pictured below), one reading “Now Open” and the other “Now Hiring.”
